My photography journey started with digital, but after years of chasing “perfect” photos, I realized I was losing some of the joy that drew me to photography in the first place. It was no longer fun for me.
So, I traded memory cards for film rolls. Lightroom for the darkroom. Sharpness for grain. Film has taught me to slow down and enjoy the process, to embrace the imperfections and the mysteries it brings.
Right now, I’m experimenting, making mistakes, and learning as I go—that’s the best part. Here, you’ll find Snapshots: instant photography moments, Contact Sheets: life through the lens of a film camera, and Still Frames: experiments with my digital camera. Three ways to experience the work, all part of the same journey.
