Hello all, it’s Michelle
My photography journey started with digital, but after years of chasing “perfect” photos, I realized I was losing some of the joy that drew me to photography in the first place. It stopped feeling like I was actually seeing.
So I changed how I work.
Now I move between film and simple digital cameras—tools that slow me down and ask me to be more intentional. I don’t use them for perfection, but for attention. Different formats, but the same way of seeing.
Right now, I’m experimenting, making mistakes, and learning as I go—that’s the best part.
Here, you’ll find:
Snapshots — instant film moments, captured as they are.
Contact Sheets — film photography, showing process and progression.
Digital Rolls — digital images shot in limited, intentional sets, treated like film.
Three ways of working. One way of seeing.
